Perhaps inspired by the magnificent architecture of his hometown, and certainly by the handcraftsmanship taught by his mentors, Rocco immigrated to Canada in the mid-1950s to establish himself as a premier craftsman. More than 40 years later, the company he founded in 1965 continues to provide North America with library furnishings that remain true to their Old World heritage. An Engineering team continually expands our range of standard collections, while liaising with individual clients to create custom designs and modifications Our Veneering department ensures the crucial step that many of our competitors can't deliver: selecting and laying-up premium-grade veneers and solids by hand. Select, ready-cut veneers in oak, cherry, maple and mahogany are flitch-inventoried to allow ready production

A Steel division produces all assembly-related hardware on-site, as well as the metal components and stylistic details that enhance many Palmieri collections.

Our Oven Baking department ensures a pristine result by applying a 45-degree sheen to all of our wood products, available in a range of standard finishes or custom stains
