Wood Samples
The select veneers, color process and hardwood finishes from Palmieri Furniture Limited achieve the highest aesthetic and performance standards in furniture excellence. Different wood species offer unique texture and grain. Minor variations in finish color and value may occur due to the natural characteristics of wood. All wood materials shall be inspected and treated with a final sanding and polishing operation before any staining and final finishing can be performed. All machine and mill marks are to be removed. Once the polishing and sanding has been performed, the furniture will then undergo the following stain and finish procedures.
Step 1
A base stain will be uniformly applied, wiped and then allowed to dry. |

Step 4
A coat of shader will be applied to even out color uniformly and enhance color appearance. |
Step 2
A uniform coat of sealer will be applied and allowed to dry. |

Step 5
A Catalytic lacquered of 40-45 degree sheen is evenly applied and allowed to dry under factory controlled conditions. All products are oven cured. |
Step 3
Sealer will be sanded using 320 grit silicon paper. |

Every endeavor has been made to match the printed samples to the actual product available. Upon evaluation, please remember that wood products are naturally subject to variations in grain pattern density and wood color. Exact duplication of these samples is not possible.
Plastic Laminates
Our laminates are designed for either horizontal, vertical or postforming applications. General Purpose Grade Nominal Thickness 0.0048"/1.2 MM. Laminates shall conform to standards set by the National Electrical Manufacturers' Association (NEMAGP50). Printed colors and patterns are reproduced from representative segments of large sheets and may differ slightly from actual product. Please refer to actual samples before specifying.
Metal Finishes
All metal components are thoroughly cleaned and coated electrostatically with an epoxy powder coat paint finish. The metal components are then oven baked and cured for a long lasting finish.
